Involved in electrical engineering, this privately owned company group is a local success story, with operations throughout Australia and New Zealand. The Head Office has recently been centralised from Adelaide to Sydney although much of the finance team remains in the Adelaide branch.

About the role:

The role of Accounts Payable is part of a small team and reports to the Adelaide based Financial Controller of the host site. The role is responsible for the end to end accounts payable processes in SAP for an allocation of companies under the parent company banner.

Responsibilities include:

• High volume entry of invoices into SAP
• Low volume coding 
• Purchase order matching
• Regular payment runs
• Accounts payable account reconciliations
• Goods receipted accounts reconciliations
• SAP management of intercompany accounts and international currency conversions
• Intracompany and intercompany liaison
• Intermediate to Advanced use of MS Excel

Skills & Experience:

Individuals with outstanding verbal and written communication skills who have the ability to meet the requirements of intracompany and intercompany liaison will be highly regarded.
