About the role:
This role is solely responsible for processing a high volume of accounts receivable, processing sales invoices, debtor management, reconciliations, reporting and general administration tasks.
An autonomous role, you will be a self-starter with a willingness to learn and be proactive and confident in building successful internal relationships. Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and flexibility in your approach, you will possess exemplary organisational skills and add immediate value to the Treasury division.
Skills:
- Superior knowledge of accounts receivable
- Previous Sage300 experience
- Excellent eye for detail
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
- Be self-motivated and able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to take on responsibilities
- Able to operate under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to prioritise and manage expectations
Skills & experience:
With proven experience and success in managing the accounts receivable function, you will be self-motivated with a willingness to commit time and energy to ensure outcomes are delivered within a timely manner, without compromise to attention to detail. Skilled in recovering debt, you will be proactive, ensuring the continued prosperity of the organisation. Possessing initiative, with the ability to think laterally, will ensure your success in this fast-paced role. Qualifications are desirable although not essential. Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and flexibility in your approach, you will be able to add immediate value to the organisation.
