About the role:
Best suited to an unqualified candidate, the Accounts Administrator will complete a small and cohesive Administration team, in which all members support each other and the Butterfield clients. The focus of the role the accounts payable and receivable processes as well as support to end of month processes.
Duties may include:
Invoice processing, account statements and payments
Daily, weekly and end of month processes
Accounts receivable and payable functions
Responding to customer enquiries
Manage outstanding debts
Back-up support for various other finance team tasks as necessary
Skills & experience:
This role could suit someone who has in recent years, started their finance career or an established accounts officer; essentially the successful applicant will have an understanding of the accounts processes and strengths in accuracy.
