With a head office in Adelaide, this organisation has been serving the Australian Engineering and Manufacturing Industries for over 50 years, supplying an extensive range of tooling, measuring equipment and associated products.

About the role:

We are seeking an Accounts Administrator for 30 hours per week to join this small team.

Duties include:

  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Overseas payments
  • Banking and general ledger
  • Prepare balance sheet and P&L
  • Administration duties including updating pricing lists, answering phone and email enquiries

Skills & experience

Essential to the success of the role is experience using Attache, as is advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
