In addition to the Directors, Bower Place is made up of a linguistically diverse team of twelve. About the role:
The successful candidates will provide necessary individualised support to clients and workers at Bower Place and will ensure service delivery is consistent and of high quality. Duties will include being the first point of contact for enquiries, provision of information about services, scheduling appointments, managing practitioner calendars, processing client payments, database and records management and document creation and development.
Duties:
Answering telephone
Making appointments
Follow up referrals
Processing client payments
Provide information on NDIS
Document creation and development
Skills and experience:
Be flexible in nature and thinking
Have empathy and patience
Ability to multi-task
Exceptional organisational skills
Highly developed communication skills
Knowledge of NDIS (desirable)
