At Entrée, we consistently search for ways to make our best even better. Feedback from our candidates is one of those ways. Here’s what they said about Entrée in October:

Renae was fantastic. She made me feel comfortable to speak with her openly and let her see my personality, which allowed her to perfectly place me in a workplace that suited my skills and interests. She was very proactive in sourcing a placement and offering other options as well.

Entrée Recruitment was proactive from the very beginning. I was contacted for an interview, which was then followed by skills testing (typing speed, Excel proficiency etc). This process was in depth and allowed the staff to understand what I was like as a person and a potential employee, to then accurately place me in a workplace. No other recruitment agency did this. Most agencies did not reach out to make contact at all, and those that I reached out to explained that they would contact me "if anything came up". I found this to be very ineffective, because they really had no understanding of my skills or background, and I was not provided with a forum to further explain myself. To this day, I have still not been contacted by any other agencies with any potential job offers.
