Post-university, Bree ventured into the corporate world as an Entrée temp! During a frank conversation over coffee with her Entrée Consultant, Bree was encouraged to “find a permanent job or risk being branded uncommitted and too ‘Gen-Y’ to employ!”. Stunned that this Consultant cared enough about her future career prospects, Bree was inspired to explore recruitment as a career, leading her to join Entrée.
Bree’s passion for recruitment and her determination to achieve saw her progress through the Entrée organisation from administration to consulting in a very short space of time. She quickly became dedicated to interviewing and servicing candidates with the same level of respect, dignity and trust she had experienced over coffee all those years ago.
Now as Senior Consultant, Bree enjoys the balance of candidate management and client servicing. Understanding the importance of trust in business dealings, Bree has forged professional relationships by demonstrating a commitment to quality outcomes through a structured and transparent process. Carol Kay is well known in Adelaide for delivering high quality temporary staff fast! Carol’s professional recruitment experience began in 1995 after a 6 month stint doing temporary work herself. Over the past 15 years, Carol has recruited across commercial, professional, corporate and industrial sectors and at last count she has viewed over 156,000 resumes, interviewed more than 8,000 candidates and regularly places over 30 people in work every month.
Carol relishes the challenge of taking on a new assignment and helping a motivated candidate to find that next opportunity. The old saying “find a job you love, you’ll never have to work again” holds true for Carol.

Kylie Spinks began her venture into recruitment as a candidate in the education sector. In 2006, she was offered a position in the office as a Consultant and jumped at the opportunity to be on the other side of the recruitment process. Showing a natural ability for her new role she was promoted to Manager a short 6 months later.
Now joining Entrée Recruitment to start up their exciting new Early Years Education division, Kylie will be using her excellent interpersonal skills to develop strong relationships with candidates and clients alike. Working for 15 years as an Early Childhood Teacher across schools, kindergartens, child care and OSHC, in both Adelaide and Sydney, Kylie brings a strong working knowledge and understanding of what makes an excellent candidate. She thrives on matching the right candidate to the right client, creating win win situations!
Kylie believes the key to success is in really gaining an understanding of the client, their business, culture and underlying philosophy... in other words, how each client is unique and what makes them tick!
