Unfortunately in today's society, we only seem to hear about the negatives, rather than the positives. Because of this, I wanted to write to you to commend two of your Senior Consultants, Carol Kay and Rebecca Ramsden. I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with both ladies through firstly a temporary assignment and then placement into a permanent position with a client of Entree.

Late last year, I was a 'victim of the economy' when my then employer went through a down-sizing exercise. Unless you have been in this situation, it is hard to appreciate exactly how soul destroying it can be when you are a career focused and driven individual, to suddenly find yourself unemployed. To assist my position, I commenced an exercise of registering with a number of agencies in Adelaide and with each agency registration, the reality hit of exactly how many people shared my same unfortunate position. It was obvious that all recruitment agencies were in somewhat of a fortunate position in experiencing an influx of good quality candidates into the market place, who no doubt all considered their needs to be more important than the next. That being said, at no time throughout my dealings with them, did Carol or Rebecca make me feel like just a number. Both consultants demonstrated empathy, understanding and listened to my needs, whilst communicating a genuine want to assist my career goals. Carol Kay in particular took pro-active steps to assist me at every turn, including keeping me abreast of industry information, market movement and suggesting possible alternatives. I have enjoyed a long relationship with the recruitment industry, having worked directly within it as a recruiter, partnered with it as a client and lastly, utilised it as a candidate. As a result, I feel I have a greater insight than most into the challenges the recruitment industry can bring - particularly in the current economic climate.

Entrée is very lucky to have two Consultants who are a credit to the industry. I am extremely grateful for the great work that Carol and Rebecca have done in assisting me to continue my career in a positive direction.

Thanks once again for providing us with a fantastic temp, Amy has been fantastic, punctual, committed and has actually made others lift their game around her. She picks things up extremely quickly and is now completely up to speed, way ahead of someone who would have had a full induction period in terms of knowledge of our processes and products.

I must say thank you to you and your team as my credibility doesn’t take a pounding from the troops I send your way. I have great confidence to be able to send people to you and your team knowing that they get treated with respect and given sound guidance.

It is feedback well deserved. I can't begin to describe my appreciation and admiration for you and your team. I have had mixed feelings about several recruitment agencies in the past and even more recently with my job search, but I always enjoy coming back to Entrée. Every consultant I have dealt with has been a dream.

It is also a testiment to the professionalism and nature of a company when the GM, an inspirational business woman and passionate leader, sends congratulations to a mere candidate whom she didn't even place.
