Psychological Testing

Entrée Recruitment is able to assess candidates through utilisation of either GeneSys or standard psychometric testing. If GeneSys is utilised, our psychologists would provide an overview summary in addition to a standard computerised report. Psychological profiling of selected shortlisted candidates is useful in gaining a further insight into their abilities, personal attributes and likely fit with your culture. Profiling can assess a candidate's intelligence, vocational interests and personality characteristics.
